James Lamberth has had the privilege of building and growing this company over the past several decades. Born on a farm in Middle Tennessee in 1960, he learned early on the value of hard work and dedication. In 1979, shortly after marrying his wife Jane, he purchased his first pieces of equipment—a backhoe and a dump truck—and started digging swimming pools for pool companies in the Nashville area. By 1982, he sold his first pool, marking the beginning of a journey that would shape the business they have today.
Throughout the years, Jim expanded into several ventures, including owning three restaurants and an aircraft painting company, which he still operates. Today, he also manages a number of rental properties. Despite these expansions, the focus has always been on providing quality service and building a strong, reliable pool building company.
Jim remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the business and takes great pride in watching it continue to grow. His greatest joy comes from working with a dedicated team that shares his vision and commitment to excellence.
